At Muggu Jewels, every piece is crafted with care and precision. Due to the nature of jewelry and hygiene considerations, we follow a strict no return policy. However, we do offer limited support in case of genuine issues.

❌ Returns

We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

🔁 Exchange (Only for Damaged or Wrong Items)

We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product, OR
  • You received the wrong item

📦 Mandatory Proof for Exchange

To request an exchange, you must provide:

  • Unboxing video (continuous, without cuts)
  • Clear images of the product and packaging

⚠️ The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time.

⏱️ Time Limit

  • You must raise the request within 24 hours of delivery

🚫 Conditions Where Exchange Will Not Be Accepted

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Request raised after 24 hours
  • Product shows signs of use or damage after delivery
  • Minor variations in color/design (due to lighting or screen differences)

🔄 Exchange Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product

  • If the product is unavailable, refund will be process.
